This 300 m² apartment in Milan is a masterclass in contemporary elegance, where modern design meets historic charm. The centerpiece is the monumental, bespoke spiral staircase — a sculptural white form that dictates the spatial fluidity between floors. The project celebrates the dialogue between minimalist lines — curved sofas, integrated niches, and slim marble dining tables— and the timeless warmth of original herringbone parquet.
In the private quarters, custom wall paneling featuring Asian-inspired floral motifs and sliding partitions introduce a poetic touch. Complemented by brass accents and thoughtfully curated lighting, the design creates a serene narrative where clean modernist lines seamlessly engage with decorative artistry.
