We manage the full Logistics & Project Management lifecycle. This includes vetting and coordinating with specialized vendors, streamlining production schedules, and overseeing the entire supply chain: from a secure warehouse, to global shipping and customs clearance and final delivery.

We provide comprehensive Quality Control & On-site Installation oversight. From conducting inspections and managing shipping claims, to supervising the final fit-out, we ensure every bespoke element is installed to perfection and meets our rigorous quality standards before the final handover.

By meticulously tracking every purchase with the allocated budget and managing lead times across all vendors, we ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within financial parameters, preventing costly overruns and delays.
