The project is guided by the concept of “framing the blue,” using minimalist white interiors as a neutral canvas that enhances the surrounding sea views, enriched with bold orange leather accents and contemporary graphic patterns. Light is a key element, amplified by continuous surfaces, custom glasswork, and strategically placed mirrors that diffuse natural light throughout the apartment.
The layout balances privacy and openness, with master suites designed in a boutique hotel style, featuring integrated wardrobes and soft, high-quality materials. Bathrooms and bespoke kitchens combine functionality with clean, essential design. The main living area is conceived as a social gallery with iconic furnishings and distinctive decorative elements. The project includes fully custom-made furniture and joinery, ensuring a cohesive and refined residential environment.
