The processing is necessary for the performance of the obligations required by law.

• strategic choices of For Living Srl (e.g. sending informational material, access to services, etc.).

The personal data provided by users will be processed consistently with the services offered by For Living Srl through its portal. For these purposes, the processing also includes data relating to portal registrations, which are necessary to manage relationships with For Living Srl, as well as to enable effective corporate communications and fulfill any legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

The processing related to this site's web services takes place at the company's headquarters and is handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated, except as expressly required by law. The personal data provided by users is used solely to perform the service requested and expressed in the purposes of the processing and is disclosed to third parties only if necessary for this purpose.

Browsing data‍

The computer systems and SOFTWARE procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (UNIFORM RESOURCE IDENTIFIER/LOCATOR) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the SERVER (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

This data, required for the use of web services, is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to verify its proper functioning. It is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site. Except for this eventuality, web contact data is not currently retained permanently.‍

Data provided voluntarily by the user‍

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's contact information, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Cookies and other tracking systems‍

COOKIES are not used to profile users, nor are other tracking systems employed.

Session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly to the extent necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the user's control, while on servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, cookie-related information remains recorded in the service logs. Their retention periods, like other browsing data, do not exceed seven days.‍

METHODS AND TIME OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed using automated tools and stored for the time necessary to execute and/or manage the relationship with the user/client and, subsequently, for the time in which the Organization is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes, provided for by law or regulation.

Data processing may be carried out using both normal and electronic means.

In relation to the purposes described, the data will be processed using paper, electronic, and telematic means by the Data Controller, the Data Processor, and/or the data processors in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and, in any case, using tools suitable for guaranteeing their security and confidentiality.

The personal data provided may be processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are requested. In compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, subject to the user's free and explicit consent provided at the time of registration, the user's personal data will be retained for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.

If the user chooses a service managed in whole or in part by another entity, their data will be communicated, as requested and/or expected, to the individual managers who will act as Data Processors for the provision of their respective services.

At any time, the interested party may exercise the rights referred to in Articles 15 et seq. of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, and specifically:

• The right to know whether your personal data is being processed and therefore to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration, deletion (right to be forgotten, Art. 17 EU Regulation No. 679/2016), limitation, updating, rectification, anonymization, or blocking, as well as the right to object, in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN.

Data subjects who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site violates the provisions of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016).
