Located on Lake Como, this private apartment is conceived as a study in contemporary minimalism and visual continuity. The project is defined by a seamless relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding landscape, where floor-to-ceiling glazing and a restrained material palette frame the lake as an integral part of the living experience.

The concept promotes a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, where interior and exterior spaces mirror each other in both function and atmosphere. A minimalist white kitchen with a black granite island is complemented by a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, ensuring fluid transitions between inside and terrace living. Lounge areas follow the same principle, with indoor modular seating echoed by outdoor furnishings, extending the living space onto the stone terrace. Integrated audio-visual systems are discreetly embedded within the architecture for an enhanced sensory experience.
The interiors feature a refined monochromatic palette of whites and blacks, enriched with warm textile accents. A contemporary fireplace adds warmth and comfort, while the dining area is highlighted by a sculptural chandelier with organic forms. The project includes bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, furnishings, and outdoor elements, creating a cohesive and highly refined living environment.
